How You Will Contribute:
The Helpdesk Technician is responsible for ensuring Helpdesk requests are resolved within established Service Level Agreements.
Responsibilities Include:
You will leverage your technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and commitment to providing excellent customer support. With a strong understanding of hardware, software, and network systems, you ensure timely resolution of Helpdesk tickets while adhering to IT policies and procedures. You will successfully prioritize tasks and manage workloads efficiently by meeting Service Level Agreements proactively supporting team members by providing clear communication, effective troubleshooting, and user training to enhance their understanding of IT systems. Ultimately, your dedication to service excellence and technical proficiency will drive positive outcomes for both internal users and external stakeholders.
What You Can Offer:

- Model Home Technology – Assists in providing the technology needs of model homes within our communities.
- Technical Support for Team Members and Trades – Provides technical support to team members and trades.
- Training - Creates and conduct IT training for various users.
- System Administration – Reviews and monitors various systems to ensure proper function and security.

- Hardware
- Intermediate knowledge of Desktop/Laptop PCs (peripherals, replacement of internal components), consumer grade networking (routers, switches), consumer and enterprise grade printers (networked, scan to email / network folder)
- Intermediate knowledge of mobile devices (replacement of internal components)
- Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
- Abilities
- Analyze data to troubleshoot both hardware and software.
- Stay up to date on the latest relevant IT systems and technologies.
- Diffuse agitated situations.
- Effectively communicate, both orally and in writing, to various audiences.
- Solve problems via personal research with minimal supervision.
- Prioritize and balance workload (customer calls, follow ups, daily activities).
