The Hayes Law Firm is a boutique law firm located in downtown Charleston, South Carolina with a focus on construction litigation, insurance bad faith, and burn injury cases. We are currently seeking a full-time Litigation Paralegal to join our team.
The ideal applicant holds a bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate and a minimum of one year experience working in a law firm. Experience with construction litigation is a plus, but not a requirement. Qualified candidates must be self-starters who can work independently, manage and develop cases, communicate with clients, perform daily administrative tasks, and are proficient with technology.
