The role of the Account Manager Associate is to assist the Account Manager by working as a team to service the needs of the customer as well as providing support to Group Benefits/Collegiate. We are looking to expand our team of Associates by adding a motivated, up and coming professional.
The ideal candidate will be:

- Motivated to learn the insurance industry and will be invested in a training program
- Able to manage multiple data management systems as well as navigate insurance company websites
- Organized, a self-starter with attention to detail
No insurance experience is needed our comprehensive training program will support your efforts in understanding the insurance industry and utilizing industry specific technology.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Experience in customer service field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Well versed in Microsoft Office products
- Experience managing multiple data management systems
