What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bartender/Server position at Haymaker Public House?
Hello!
Are you looking for an establishment and environment that puts people over profits? Look no further. In these difficult times, we're committed to creating the best work environment possible for our employees, while still offering a solid experience for our guests.
We are currently seeking bartenders who can function as servers as well. Some shifts you will be a bartender. Some shifts you will be a server or both. You’ll move around quickly, taking orders, working the cash register, changing kegs, cleaning dishes, and carrying food and drinks. Enjoying human interaction is as important as your drink-making expertise. As a bartender, you’re the face of the bar and restaurant. You must be a people person to chat with all types of people — both customers and coworkers.
At Haymaker, we follow a “Team Service” mentality, where certain positions may cross-train for other roles when needed.
