Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance PM and safety inspection prior to operating equipment.
- Lock/out, Tag/out
- Review order and/or route card
- Manually lay tubes on table and mark.
- Instrumentally cut material.
- Use small hand grinder to debur material.
- Manually roll material from table.
- Manually check the outside dimension as well as the wall dimensions and record findings.
- Record start length, cut length and wight per instructions
Qualifications:
- Must be able to read tape measure
- Must be able to perform basic mathematics
- Close, distant, and peripheral vision required
- Must be able to demonstrate ability to read an OD and wall micrometer.
- High school diploma or GED
