Experience: 5-10 Years Manufacturing or Equivalent Experience (R)

Role Responsibilities:
- Proactive safety-first attitude at all times.
- Assist with planning, build and start-up of our new forge facility.
- Implement and modify departmental goals as needed related to safety, quality, delivery and cost
- Ensure compliance to all safety, environmental, AAP and EEO rules, regulations and laws.
- Ensure compliance to plant rules and monitor consistency,
- Develop the structuring, scheduling, reporting, and training of production supervisors.
- Determine departmental headcount for efficient operations.
- Develop and maintain all departmental budgets.
- Adhere to the scheduling, organizing and timely completion of equipment repairs and departmental shutdowns.
- Adhere to the collective bargaining agreement.
- Meet production goals and improve productivity.
- Administer discipline as needed for hourly and salary personnel.
