We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Renovation Superintendent to oversee and manage renovation projects, particularly in environments with stringent security restrictions such as airports. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with a focus on renovation projects, and experience in Design-Build projects is a plus.
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee all phases of renovation projects from planning to completion, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Manage and coordinate construction activities in compliance with airport or similar high-security environments, ensuring all security protocols are strictly followed.
Lead and supervise construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Collaborate with design and engineering teams to integrate design and construction processes, ensuring seamless project execution.
Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure all work meets or exceeds industry standards and client expectations.
Enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
It serves as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on renovation projects in high-security environments such as airports.
Experience with Design-Build projects is highly desirable.
Relevant certifications such as PMP, LEED, or OSHA are a plus.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
