- Provide administrative support to the HR Director and the wider HR team.
- Update and maintain accurate employee files and records in the HRIS, ensuring confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
- Assist with recruiting efforts, including scheduling interviews, onboarding candidates, and updating new hire information.
- Support the college recruiting and internship program.
- Plan and execute special events, such as training sessions, social events, and well-being activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Completion of, or progress towards, an HR certificate is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar administrative support role.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
