- Support all marketing activities related to business pursuits, including assisting with proposals, preparing presentations, organizing events, and managing sponsorships.
- Assist in creating compelling narratives and dynamic presentations.
- Help maintain and update the Pursuit Marketing production calendar.
- Ensure company certifications and prequalifications are current and assist in managing proposal deadlines.
- Distribute and analyze Salesforce data for relevant teams.
- Provide support to the proposal team, helping to synthesize information to generate new content.
- Assist with special marketing projects and represent the firm at industry events as needed.
- Experience in a similar role within an Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) firm or a comparable organization.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with experience in an architecture, engineering, or construction firm or similar professional services environment.
- Strong storytelling and communication skills.
- Enthusiastic and proactive team player.
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a high-performance environment.
