- An understanding of Colorado building regs and laws
- Up to $175,000 basic salary package (car allowance etc)

Senior Project Manager - ENR Top 15 Colorado GC - Education & Healthcare Wider Commercial - $175,000

An ENR, Colorado TOP 15 General Contractor with circa 50 years CO experience.
With a Portfolio of Projects ranging from Ground Up, Multi-Family, Federal, Education Industrial, TI & Wider Commercial builds, you will get the chance to build across the whole gambit.
With their Head Office located in Centennial / DTC / Englewood Area, this organization is one of the premier Colorado General Contractors.
Your New Role
Working from the Head Office, but covering Projects across the Rockies, you will hold end to end responsibility for project oversight and delivery while ensuring on time and on budget. You will work closely with field personnel to adhere to schedules and interface with the client to ensure they are updated and satisfied.
You will split your time between the office and the project location working in close conjunction with the Lead Superintendent.
You will periodically report to internal stakeholders and provide updates while maintaining a professional relationship that will encourage repeat business from the client.
Currently, there is a need for Commercial, Industrial, Multi-Family, Healthcare, Education, TI or Federal backgrounds and portfolios.
