With their Head Office located in Centennial/DTC/Englewood Area, this organization is one of the premier Colorado General Contractors.
Your New Role
Working from the Head Office, but covering Projects across the Rockies, you will hold end to end responsibility for project oversight and delivery while ensuring on time and on budget. You will work closely with field personnel to adhere to schedules and interface with the client to ensure they are updated and satisfied.
You will split your time between the office and the project location working in close conjunction with the Lead Superintendent.
You will periodically report to internal stakeholders and provide updates while maintaining a professional relationship that will encourage repeat business from the client.
Currently, there is a need for Commercial, Industrial, Multi-Family, Healthcare, Education, TI or Federal backgrounds and portfolios.
What you'll need to succeed
- Ability to lead and own the project – taking FULL responsibility. Proven experience of this will be required at interview stage
- Will have 8 years experience as a Project Manager delivering Projects related to the above, with full cradle to grave approach
- Confident with Procore and wider scheduling software
- Project Spends = $30M and above
- 8 years within a GC environment – understands the pace and day to day life of a GC
- Extremely strong time management, stakeholder and leadership skills
- Experience of overseeing end to end, cradle to grave projects
- An understanding of Colorado building regs and laws
