I've partnered with a leading property management firm, is actively seeking a Compliance Specialist to join our team in Long Beach, CA.
Your new role
- Ensure compliance with HUD regulations, specifically Project Based Section 8.
- Work onsite full-time at Northpointe Apartments.
- Utilize Yardi and RentCafe software proficiently.
- Assist with tax credit and RightSource compliance (preferred but not required).
- Prepare and maintain compliance reports and documentation.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to address compliance issues.
