As project manager, you are responsible for the direct oversight of an upcoming $60-70M complete renovation of a current hotel property in Grapevine, TX. Key responsibilities consist of contract management, client communication, subcontractor coordination, submittals, and project delivery consistent with applicable specs and documents.
Qualifications
- 8 to 10 years of lead project management experience
- Experience managing hotel / hospitality projects is a must
- Proficiency in Procore construction software
- Must be open to travel
