Our Client is seeking a Corporate Recruiter in Miami, FL.

Role Description

• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand technical requirements, team dynamics, and company culture for various IT positions.

• Utilize various sourcing techniques, including online databases, social media, Boolean searches, and networking, to identify potential candidates.

• Engage with passive candidates and build relationships through personalized outreach, highlighting the value and opportunities.

• Screen and assess candidate profiles for technical skills, qualifications, and alignment with company values, ensuring a high-quality candidate pipeline.

• Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate interactions and progress in the applicant tracking system.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging content for job postings, social media, and other platforms to attract IT talent.

• Stay current with emerging IT technologies, industry trends, and best practices in sourcing and recruitment.

Skills & Requirements

• 5 years of Corporate Recruitment experience in complex, enterprise environment(s)

• Must possess proven experience as a technical sourcer or recruiter in the IT industry, with a strong track record of identifying and engaging top IT talent.

• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand technical requirements, team dynamics, and company culture for various IT positions.

• Utilize various sourcing techniques, including online databases, social media, Boolean searches, and networking, to identify potential candidates.

• Engage with passive candidates and build relationships through personalized outreach, highlighting the value and opportunities.

• Bachelor's Degree
