Your new role
They are now looking to further grow their investment team in New York by adding a Finance Associate. This role involves sourcing, due diligence, thought leadership, and various fund operations.
This position offers the chance to work closely with their world-class partners in a highly stimulating environment. You'd also engage with high-profile founders on a weekly basis. Their rapid growth plans mean this role provides significant career acceleration opportunities. For example, their last Finance Associate hire became a board observer at six portfolio companies and was promoted to Vice President within 24 months
Required Qualifications
● 1-3 years of experience in consulting and strategic finance, corporate
development, growth roles at technology companies
● Exceptional skills in Excel and financial modeling, with an understanding of how to
read financial statements/forecasts and build dynamic models extrapolating
narratives from large sets of incomplete qualitative and quantitative data
● Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
● Demonstrated passion for startups, venture capital, and technology companies
● Highly organized, hard-working, motivated self-starter with the ability to work
independently and as part of a larger global team
● Ability and/or right to work in the US

● An international component to your background or professional history
● Fluency in multiple languages
Salary : $140,000 - $170,000
