Your New Role
As a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst, you will be a key player in our finance team. You will handle financial reporting, develop dashboards, and prepare cash forecasts. Additionally, you will support budgeting processes, conduct financial analysis, and identify process improvements.
What You Will Need to Succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling; experience with ERP systems and data visualization tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
