Your Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be a major stakeholder in the annual budget, quarterly forecast, and weekly flash processes. You will maintain and own the Flash Forecast model, driving the weekly forecast rhythm within Creedmoor. Your responsibilities include analyzing business performance against budget and strategic goals, preparing financial reports for senior management, and tracking various financial metrics. Additionally, you will partner with different departments to drive financial and operational performance and identify opportunities for process improvement.

What You Need to Succeed:

To excel in this position, you need a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business, along with 1-3 years of analyst experience in a related field. Strong Excel skills, including model building, sumifs, sumproduct, index/match, pivot tables, nested “if” statements, and chart formatting, are essential. You should have strong analytical and presentation skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a collaborative approach.
