Summary: Pacific Crest Planning is seeking a Financial Planning Analyst. This position is a key member of our operations and financial planning teams within our company. The Financial Planning Analyst is responsible for completing client trades within accounts, prepping PowerPoint documents for client meetings, preparing spreadsheets for various trade related functions, assisting the operations team, and other tasks as assigned. The ideal candidate will be Series 7 & 66 licensed, have excellent Excel spreadsheet skills and will be able to work within PowerPoint. CRM experience preferred.
Major Responsibilities:
· Complete trades through Vestmark software daily.
· Prepare PowerPoint presentations for client meetings daily.
· Create Excel spreadsheets as needed for tasks such as tax harvesting.
· Prepare monthly investment committee review packets alongside other team members.
· Operational duties as assigned such as account opening, account maintenance, and money movement.
Qualifications:
· Bright, energetic professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Highly motivated self-starter who can work autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced, changing environment.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and timeframes.
· High level of initiative, creative thinking, decision making and problem resolution skills
· Demonstrate PC literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
· Excellent verbal communication skills in person and via telephone.
· Excellent written communication skills via email and other forms of written business communication.
· Maintain excellent attendance standards.
Requirements:
· Strong Excel Spreadsheet skills.
· Proficiency with PowerPoint.
· Series 7 & 66 licenses required.
· Experience with Vestmark preferred.
· CRM experience preferred.
· Must be able to pass a background check.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $48.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
