We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Superintendent to lead the construction of a 8 Story, 75 unit luxury residential building with 1st floor retail in Miami. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex construction projects from dirt to key in this sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a General / Lead Superintendent, with a focus on 8 story luxury residential or mixed use projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
