Description
- Conduct comprehensive site inspections to identify and document punch list items, ensuring all work meets project specifications and quality standards.
- Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and interior designers to address and resolve any outstanding issues promptly.
- Schedule and coordinate punch list walkthroughs with clients and project stakeholders.
- Implement and maintain a project completion timeline, ensuring all tasks are executed efficiently.
- Train and supervise on-site staff, providing guidance and support to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of punch list items, progress reports, and project documentation.
- Communicate proactively with project managers and other team members regarding any challenges or delays.
- Uphold safety standards and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations on the job site.
Profile
- Proven experience as a Punch Superintendent or in a similar role within the luxury residential construction industry.
- Luxury Custom Homes and Condos
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods specific to high-end finishes.
- Expertise with level 5 finishes
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and contractors.
- Proficiency in construction management software like Builder Trend and Procore
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in construction management or a related field is a plus.
