Hays is partnering with a leading Civil and Utilities GC / CM in Boston, MA, who is looking to add a Marketing / Proposal Coordinator to their team.

Your new role :
- Support all marketing activities related to business pursuits, including assisting with proposals, preparing presentations, organizing events, and managing sponsorships.
- Assist in creating compelling narratives and dynamic presentations.
- Help maintain and update the Pursuit Marketing production calendar.
- Ensure company certifications and prequalifications are current and assist in managing proposal deadlines.
- Distribute and analyze Salesforce data for relevant teams.
- Provide support to the proposal team, helping to synthesize information to generate new content.
- Assist with special marketing projects and represent the firm at industry events as needed.
