Your new role
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to onboarding new hires.
- Conduct comprehensive orientation sessions to integrate new employees smoothly.
- Prepare and extend offer letters to selected candidates.
- Oversee employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Generate and analyze HR reports to support decision-making.
- Address payroll-related inquiries and ensure accurate processing.
- Foster positive employee relations and handle conflict resolution.
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
- Promote DEI initiatives and create an inclusive workplace.
- Manage visa processing and ensure compliance with immigration laws.
What you'll need to succeed
- 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in speaking and writing Korean
- Proficient in ADP or Oracle HR systems.
- Familiarity with state and federal employment laws.
