Join a National Energy & Engineering Firm that has a long-term established presence in the NYC metro area, in a team leadership role within their Commissioning team, reporting to the overall Cx Director.
This is a hybrid role, with on-going field travel expected within the NYC metro area - mainly day travel with infrequent overnight stays.
This role can be situated at three different office locations spanning New York City, Bronx or Upstate New York.
Your new role
You will play a technical leadership role in the local office, helping train & develop more junior staff, manage & oversee multiple projects, be client-facing, help drive innovation & improve internal operational excellence and best practices, as well as ensuring resourcing & workloads are fairly distributed amongst the team. You will still be involved with hands-on commissioning work. This role does not require seller/doer experience, though interest or exposure to being involved in the sales cycle is considered advantageous.
What you'll need to succeed
Demonstrable experience leading multiple concurrent commissioning projects gained from working within an Engineering Firm environment. Ability to lead small teams or groups of people. A passion in reviewing existing tools & processes with an eye to improving internal operational excellence. It is anticipated this individual will be degree qualified within a relevant field, and hold relevant professional accreditations related to Commissioning.

Salary : $120,000 - $165,000
