About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle ERP Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and maintaining Oracle ERP applications, with a deep understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Cloud ERP. You will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and implementing new features and enhancements to our ERP system. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain Oracle ERP applications.
Collaborate with business analysts to understand business requirements.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Develop and implement new features and enhancements.
Perform unit testing and debugging of applications.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing ERP applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Ensure applications run smoothly and efficiently.
Work closely with cross-functional teams.
Provide training and support to end-users.
Document technical specifications and processes.
Participate in code reviews and quality assurance activities.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle ERP technologies and best practices.
Assist in the planning and execution of ERP system upgrades.
Develop and maintain integration solutions with other systems.
Ensure data integrity and security within the ERP system.
Optimize application performance and scalability.
Participate in project planning and management activities.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Skills & Requirements
Must Haves:
5 years of experience in Oracle ERP development.
Strong knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Cloud ERP.
Proficiency in PL/SQL, SQL, and Oracle database technologies.
Experience with Oracle Forms, Reports, and Workflow.
Familiarity with Oracle Application Framework (OAF) and Oracle ADF.
Understanding of ERP business processes and modules.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy
