Responsibilities
Supporting the recruiting needs for key ERP/Oracle skill sets. Must be able to work autonomously in a fully remote role. You will work on a 1 1 ratio with your sales counterpart.
- CRM is Bullhorn
- Fully Remote – office is based in TX - will visit for interview and training
- Compensation $60K -70$K base plus 20% commission on GP (uncapped earning potential)

To be successful in this role, you will need
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a recruiter role preferably for a staffing firm and understand a pay for performance culture.
- A desire to grow relationships and find great technical talent for ERP/Oracle projects nationwide.
- Thrive in a fast-paced high-volume environment.
- Able to work independently as well as within a team environment – this role is fully remote, and the individual must be able to run their desk successfully with minimal micromanagement.
