Your new role
The role of Superintendent is to act as the lead on subcontractor work, ensuring compliance with schedule, budget and quality that is executed according to building codes and OSHA regulations. The role requires problem-solving, excellent communication and leadership and proven experience of working with project managers, management, project support staff and in order to deliver the company’s commitment to clients in terms of progress, completion and quality.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate should possess the ability to evaluate and manage performance with excellent leadership skills. Your knowledge of construction disciplines, scheduling, cost control and safety regulations should be advanced and be combined with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 10 years’ experience as a Construction Superintendent with either a mid-sized and/or top-tier construction company.
