Description
The Recruiter is responsible for meeting all hiring goals for every department by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates. The Recruiter will be responsible for the full life cycle of the recruiting process. Will perform sourcing and screening of candidates, coordinating the interview process, facilitating offers, and conducting all onboarding processes with selected candidates for hire.

Essential Job Duties
- Will be responsible for all aspects of recruiting union and non-union employees (hourly and salaried) for the Company. This position includes advertising, developing relationships with outside resources, developing hiring strategies and maintaining communications with existing management staff to assist them with their present and future needs.
- The employee is responsible for screening candidates by conducting thorough interviews and pre-employment testing, as required. Will conduct background checks (if needed), prepare offer letters, and conduct all new hire orientations.
- The employee is responsible for maintaining the Open Jobs Listing, internal postings of jobs, advertising for open positions, job fairs and other recruitment strategies
- Processes new hires through Paylocity HRIS System and tracks and runs recruiting and turnover reports on a regular basis.
- Other duties as assigned
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred, but not required.
- Minimum of 1 year of Human Resources or Recruiting experience preferred.
Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm
Starting pay rate: $16.25/hour
