What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pastry / Bakery Prep Cook $19-$21/Hour - NEW RESTAURANT OPENING position at Haywire & The Ranch?
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow recipes and ensure consistency in product quality and presentation.
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes and specifications.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area in accordance with health and safety regulations.

Collaborate with the Chef on duty and cook line to ensure smooth service and timely service.
- Assist with plating, packaging, and presentation for service.
- Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude and work collaboratively with others in a fast-paced environment.

Ensure all prep upholds the restaurant's quality and presentation standards.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in a bakery, pastry, or kitchen role.
- Basic knowledge of baking techniques, equipment, and ingredients.
- Ability to follow recipes, work efficiently, and multitask in a busy environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent quality in all products.
- Passion for baking and an enthusiasm for learning new skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-temperature environment.
