Role Description:
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in a Medical Surgical unit. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with other professionals to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Administer treatments and medications as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program
- Current unencumbered Registered Nurse License in North Carolina or from a Compact State
- AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire
- AHA ACLS and AHA PALS certifications within six months of hire
- One year of experience in a similar role
