Reports to : Director, Information Technology – HAZA Foods
FLSA Status : Non Exempt
Summary / Objective
This position will have experience providing support for software, hardware and networking related issues in a help desk / technical support environment, superior customer service & troubleshooting skills. In addition, candidates will also have Point-of-Sale (POS) technical support experience OR restaurant industry knowledge / background with hands-on, "user-level" POS experience.

Essential Functions
Requires excellent customer service skills with a demonstrated customer-focused, service-first approach
At least 2-3 years of technical support / help desk support experience is required
Experience working in the Restaurant industry and / or experience providing POS (Point-of Sale) technical support for restaurants
Aloha POS experience is a major plus
Must be technically savvy with a strong overall technical aptitude and superior customer service skills
Requires strong skills and proficiency level in troubleshooting, support, analysis and resolution
Experience supporting external end-users with software, hardware and networking related issues
Knowledge of networking topologies and computer operating systems
Knowledge / experience with Microsoft Office programs

Must have excellent verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills
The ideal candidate will be an innovative, driven, motivated, results-oriented and energetic
Complex problem-solving skills and an attention to detail are required
Ability to prioritize multiple priorities effectively; excellent time management & organization skills
A successful candidate must have the ability to perform well under pressure and adapt to a rapidly changing environment
Must be highly reliable with a stable work history, punctual and dependable
Must be flexible in scheduling and have the ability to work various shifts / schedules including nights, weekends and holidays on an on-call basis.

Required Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in technical field or four years' experience.
Two years' relevant experience.
Experience in a customer service-related capacity.
