Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning and development.
- Supervise and engage with children in daily activities, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging social interaction and emotional growth.
- Manage behavior effectively, using positive reinforcement techniques to guide children’s actions.
- Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s progress and daily activities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment.
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive educational experience for all students.
- Provide care for infants and toddlers, ensuring their individual needs are met.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in childcare or as a daycare teacher is preferred.
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques and caregiving best practices.
- Experience working with students of varying abilities, including those with disabilities.
- Strong skills in toddler care, infant care, and general daycare operations.
- Ability to educate children through play-based learning methods.
