Landscape Maintenance Account Manager WITH Spray License

HNI is seeking an Account Manager for our Maintenance Division.

An account manager at HNI supervises and coordinates activities of workers and crews engaged in maintaining high end residential homes and commercial properties.

The ideal candidate must have the following knowledge, skills and abilities:

• Must possess superior customer service and communication skills
• Experience supervising, training and managing 3-5 maintenance crews
• Must have knowledge of Florida plant material
• Knowledge or ability and willingness to learn about fertilizers, fungicides, chemicals and all aspects to properly maintain properties
• Must have irrigation experience
• Knowledge or ability and willingness to learn low-voltage lighting experience
• Must have troubleshooting experience
• Knowledge or ability and willingness to learn to read and interpret detailed landscape plans
• Responsible for measuring properties and preparing proposals
• Supervise landscaping maintenance crews, as well as work performed on properties
• Coordinate from proposal to work order to precise execution of all clients' needs
• Responsible for proactive, positive, and continuous/regular client communication
• Must possess good, sound judgement
• Ability to speak Spanish and/or Creole a plus
• Valid and clean Florida Driver license required
• MUST have a FL State Certified Spray License

Starting salary of $63,000 (based on experience) commission. This is a full-time salaried position.

HNI specializes in designing and installing landscapes, hardscapes, irrigation, drainage, landscape lighting, and sound systems that transition the outer living areas of both residential and commercial properties.

Our Garden Maintenance departments services more than 650 clients along the Suncoast.
