Candidate will provide Instrumentation and controls engineering services to support planning, design, construction, and commissioning of water and wastewater facilities. Candidate should have an interest in industrial control systems design including P&ID development, water / wastewater instrumentation, industrial control system network architecture, PLC and SCADA system specifications, and related activities.

Responsibilities include :

• Preparing Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), control system network diagrams, control panel wiring diagrams, equipment layouts, I&C system specifications, and installation details.
• Coordinating with the other disciplines (process / mechanical, structural, architectural, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and site civil).
• Inspection, testing, and approval of I&C work provided by contractors at water and wastewater facilities.
