In this role, you will be responsible for providing building material and product information to clients, developing project scopes to fit the needs and wants of clients for residential remodeling projects, estimating project scopes, and closing sales transactions.
Duties
- Responding to lead inquiries quickly and efficiently
- Answering phone calls and emails in a professional manner
- Building rapport with customers
- Upselling services and making product recommendations
- Providing estimates and following up in a timely manner
- Closing sales and achieving company quotas
- Identifying sales opportunities
- Staying informed about product and service information updates
