Our INVENTORY SPECIALISTS are responsible for monitoring prize levels, received product, and damaged product while ensuring that the data remains maintained and updated in the system. Inventory Specialists assist in the preparation of all the inventory related reports and provides support for operations.

Essential Job Functions
- Stock Replenishment: Load and unload trucks, trailers, containers and/or vans and place received materials in proper locations. Execute timely and accurate replenishment of products in designated storage locations to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and weekly physical inventories, and reconcile discrepancies to ensure the accuracy of inventory records.
- Storage Organization: Keep storage areas organized by properly storing products, labeling bins and shelves, and optimizing storage space to facilitate efficient operations.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to transport and store merchandise.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, including the proper handling of equipment, to ensure a safe working environment.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of stock movements, replenishments, and inventory adjustments.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, stock replenishment, or a similar role preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply and divide).
- Work in varying weather conditions for performance of outdoor duties.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment which may include forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to multi-task and follow directions
- Willing and able to work solo or as part of a team
- Reach, lift, stack and maneuver objects of varying dimensions and weights up to 50 lbs. within the range of floor level to overhead frequently.
- Stand, walk and move rapidly for long periods of time.
- Bend, stoop, twist and turn frequently.
