Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic indiviudal to join our Bed Maintenance Crew. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, a love for plants, and the skills to ensure that flower beds are beautifully maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular maintenance tasks for flower beds, including weeding, pruning and deadheading
• Plant, transplant, and care for a variety of flowers, shrubs, and plants
• Collaborate with the landscaping team to coordinate bed designs and installations
• Ensure proper mulching and soil care for optimal plant health
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment specific to bed maintenance
• Participate in seasonal clean-ups and planting projects
• Snow Removal in the winter months

Requirements:

• Previous experience in bed maintenance or landscaping preferred
• Knowledge of various plant species, soil types, and bed design principles preferred
• Ability to use hand tools, pruning shears, and other equipment effectively
• Attention to deatil and a commitment to deliverying high-quality work
• Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Valid driver's license or reliable transportation

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
