Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Grounds Maintenance Crew Leader to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in creating and maintaining aesthetically pleasing landscapes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular lawn maintenance tasks, including mowing, edging, and blowing.
- Assist in the installation of landscape features, such as mulch and decorative stones.
- Spring and Fall Clean Up
- Snow Removal
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient completion of projects
- Uphold safety standards and protocols at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience in landscaping or related field preferred
- Ability to operate and maintain landscaping equipment
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license or reliable transportation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
