Position : Manufacturing Engineer
Location : Foothill Ranch, CA
Pay : $91k to $110k / year (depending on experience)
Experience :
- 3 years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer or in a similar role, with a strong background in IPC-620 standards and cable / wire harness manufacturing
- Proven experience in supervising or leading manufacturing teams, including troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring quality standards are met
Education :
IPC-620 certification preferredCertification in a relevant manufacturing or technical discipline (e.g., soldering, wire harness assembly)Type : Full-time; Direct Hire

Supervise daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production goals are met while maintaining quality in line with IPC-620 standardsOversee and resolve technical issues related to cable and wire harness assemblies, ensuring smooth production and adherence to customer requirementsServe as the primary contact for troubleshooting production issues, providing technical leadership to minimize downtimeEnsure production teams follow work instructions, processes, and safety protocols, adhering to IPC-620 standardsMonitor quality control processes and conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with IPC-620 standardsWork with quality assurance to identify non-conformances, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurrenceAnalyze manufacturing processes to identify improvements in efficiency, cost, and product qualityImplement and oversee continuous improvement initiatives such as lean manufacturing and workflow optimizationCollaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure product designs meet IPC-620 standards and are manufacturableLead, mentor, and train production staff on IPC-620 standards, best practices, and technical proceduresPosition Requirements :
