Experience:

• Minimum of two (2) years of related experience in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
• Rental car industry experience is preferred

HB Staffing is seeking an Operations Manager to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Pre-screen applicants via phone and email to ensure candidates meet hiring criteria
• Conduct interviews and oversee employee onboarding, including orientation and safety training
• Maintain ongoing recruitment efforts and build relationships for increased associate referrals
• Track employee attendance, manage schedules, and ensure accurate timekeeping
• Handle administrative tasks, including responding to calls and emails
• Serve as a client liaison, addressing staffing needs and resolving concerns
• Maintain compliance with client policies and safety standards
• Provide coaching, conflict resolution, and performance management support
  
  

Position Requirements:

• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
