Description:
HBC Gaming dba Aces & Eights Casino is looking for a Charity Coordinator to join our team. This is a crucial position within the organization. You will be part of a dynamic team that is responsible for working with and collaborating with our Charity partners.
Job Duties:
- Meet with potential NH Charities
- Complete and file all necessary forms with the NH Lottery Commission
- Assist Charity partner with the necessary documentation for their application to become a Charitable partner
- Upon receipt of Charity Licenses from the NH Lottery Commission, ensure Licenses are posted in the Casino
- Adjust gaming dates with the Charity per gaming schedules and licenses as necessary
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a New Hampshire Gaming License and Badge
- Strong Customer Service
- Attention to details
Physical Requirements:
- Sitting, standing and reaching for up to 3 hours at a time
- Ability to lift up to 15lbs

- 8 to 10 hour shifts available
