We are seeking a B2B Account Manager who thrives at the intersection of sales and customer loyalty. Your role is to fuel revenue growth through our HC Brands B2B company stores while nurturing meaningful relationships that lead to long-term B2B customer loyalty.

What you'll do:

You will be local to the Jacksonville, Florida area as this is a 100% in-office position.

Customer Loyalty & Engagement: Build and sustain relationships that extend beyond the transaction, embodying our commitment to customer loyalty. 

Strategic Revenue Growth: Utilize the HC Brands platform to identify high-revenue opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and customer retention. 

Sales Strategy & Tactics: Collaborate with peers to optimize sales processes and partner with Marketing to innovate sales opportunities. 

Lead Management & Qualification: Manage both outbound and inbound leads effectively, ensuring they're well-nurtured and ready for the sales cycle. 

Client Profiling & Segmentation: Maintain comprehensive client profiles in our CRM for targeted marketing and sales initiatives. 

Performance Reviews: Conduct routine business reviews with clients and internal teams, focused on continuous improvement and quality. 

Re-Engagement Strategies: Reactivate dormant or inactive leads by emphasizing long-term value and brand loyalty.

To do well in this role you’ll need to:

Possess the following education & experience:

  • Associate's degree in business or equivalent & relevant experience;

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in key account management; ecommerce sales preferred;

  • Experience with lead generation system such as Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot preferred


Possess the following traits:

  • Driven & passionate to achieve and surpass business goals & objectives. 

  • Accepts constructive feedback and is driven to improve overall performance. 

  • Has the ability to identify problems, think creatively about possible solutions, and spearhead plans to solve them. 

  • Is proactive, pushes communication with peers and leadership. 

  • Exemplifies persistence, no such thing as "no" or "can't". 

  • Can manage both up and down & respectfully challenge leadership. 

  • Can self-manage by prioritizing work & seeking help where necessary.
