In support of HC Brands' Vision, Mission, Values and Culture, you will be responsible for the training, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the HC Brands lasers, printers and infrastructure. In addition, you will be responsible for facilities maintenance and improvement projects.
What you'll do:
- Implement and execute a preventative maintenance program in accordance with manufacturer specifications for all key equipment across the HC Brands' network.
- Manage all maintenance efforts for non-functional equipment
- Maintain work order log for contract maintenance
- Maintain PM schedule for all Jax equipment
- Report equipment status each morning
- Maintain facilities work order log and work projects
- Operator Training and Skills Development:
- Develop and implement a program to train new operators on machine functionality, preventive maintenance and best practices.
- Continue development of machine skills to eliminate "Tribal Knowledge" and improve operator skills development.
- Coordinate with Production Managers for training, skills development and best practices standardization.
- Develop and refine operational planning tools to maximize machine run times and development of realistic expectations for production output.

Have working computer literacy. You will have deep knowledge in the use of graphics design programs, including Adobe and Adobe Vector, and art-based software.
Have education and experience to include: 2 years' experience in electrical and small machine maintenance.
Have the ability to communicate in English. You will be collaborating with numerous departments and the ability to communicate in English is important.
