At HC Forklift America (HCFA), we’re dedicated to delivering high-performance lithium-ion forklifts and automated guided vehicles (AGVs) to customers across North America. As our U.S. operations grow, we are looking for a customer-focused After-Sales Service Specialist to join our technical support team and ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
This role is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of experience in technical service, after-sales support, or field service—especially in the forklift, AGV, or material handling industry.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Provide technical support and troubleshooting for forklift or AGV customers and dealers
✅ Manage and follow up on warranty claims, service reports, and parts replacements
✅ Coordinate with service technicians and the engineering team to resolve product issues efficiently
✅ Train and support dealers and end-users on proper operation and maintenance of HCFA equipment
✅ Monitor product performance and gather field feedback to support continuous improvement
✅ Maintain accurate records of service requests, solutions provided, and customer interactions
Ideal Candidate Profile
🔹 1–3 years of experience in after-sales support, field service, or technical customer service (preferably in forklift, AGV, or industrial equipment)
🔹 Strong mechanical/electrical knowledge and troubleshooting ability
🔹 Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
🔹 Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple service cases
🔹 Proficient in writing service documentation and using support ticket systems
🔹 Willingness to travel for on-site support and dealer training as needed
