• :A strong understanding and skill in design of water, stormwater, and wastewater utilities with cradle-to-grave competency including
• :Preliminary Engineering Report
• sNew and Rehabilitation Design
• sProject Manual Preparation including Construction Contact Documents and Technical Specification
• sProject Advertisement, Bidding, and Construction Administratio
• nExperience with design of water distribution systems and / or sanitary sewer collectio
• nFamiliarity with federal, state and local agency regulations, primarily concerning municipal water and wastewater project
• sA foundational knowledge of project management techniques would be a plus, or the desire to expand these skills for the future management of projects

• ed4 years of progressive hydrologic and hydraulic engineering experience requir
