Hybrid Role with 3 days/week in office in Waukesha, WI. Job Description Role & Responsibilities: Continuously review operational metrics for variable compensation payout processes such as disputes rate. Lead process workouts and root cause analysis on top issues, partnering with Variable Compensation, Finance, Data, OTR and IT teams. Drive process improvements and data quality improvements partnering with respective teams. Partner with Finance to drive initiative to gain revenue visibility to the sales rep level. Reconcile variable compensation payouts for campaigns, spiffs, Big Deals, national accounts, and non-standard contracts. Drive POS results with Equipment team through Region Service Commercial Operations team. Partner with ServiceMax teams to understand impact from the migration from Siebel. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or High School Equivalency & 6 years: A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Problem-Solving: Clear thinking and a successful track record in leading process improvements within operations and finance functions. Process Analysis: Demonstrated experience in analyzing and improving complex processes. Operational Experience: Minimum of 4 years of operational and process work experience. Business Acumen: Knowledge and experience with concepts of sales, margin, price, mix in relation to driving business growth. Strong Analytical Acumen: Ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions. Executive Communication: Demonstrated experience in creating and delivering presentations and memoranda to senior-level executives. Project Management: Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs, demonstrating established project management skills. Excel Proficiency: Strong skills in data compilation and aggregation using Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, Macros, PowerQuery). Desired Characteristics: Lean and/or Sig Sigma certifications. Enterprise Systems Familiarity: Experience with enterprise systems such as Siebel/SMAX, Oracle, and Salesforce. Reporting Platforms: Familiarity with reporting tools like PowerBI, Spotfire, and OBIEE. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the ability to influence others across all levels, functions, and regions.
