- Collaborate with the Safety Management Team to develop effective mentoring strategies for field employees.
- Review upcoming work to schedule technicians efficiently and meet customer needs.
- Oversee installations, retrofits, and large-scale projects.
- Conduct regular site visits to evaluate technician performance, provide training, and reinforce company values.
- Assist technicians with complex assignments and conduct quality-control reviews to ensure high-quality work.
- Train employees on technical skills, company processes, and safety protocols.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage vehicle inspections, tool inventory, and administrative tasks.
- Exemplify leadership in customer focus, company policies, safety practices, and initiative implementation.
- Support sales staff with technical inquiries about products and services.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 10 years of experience in HVAC, with 5 years in a leadership role.

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work flexible hours and be available on-call.
