Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Charge RN Clinical Coordinator to join our ICU/CCU team at HCA Florida Citrus Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient-centered care and coordination of all functions in the unit/department during the designated shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensures and delivers high-quality patient-centered care and coordination of all functions in the unit/department during the designated shift.
- Directs, monitors, and evaluates nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures.
- Serves as a resource person for staff and models a commitment to the organization's vision/mission/values.
- Assists with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality patient-centered care.
- Participates in the ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services provided in the unit.
Requirements:
- Nursing Diploma or ASN required.
- Minimum of 1 years applicable ICU/Critical Care experience required.
- Current NIHSS (National Institute of Health Stroke Scale) and CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) certifications required within 6 months of hire/transfer.
