About the Role
The Clinical Resource Director is a key member of our leadership team, responsible for developing and implementing strategies to reduce supply expense and improve clinical efficiency. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement division-based strategies to reduce supply expense per adjusted admission.
- Collaborate with the Division Clinical Resource Director to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to mitigate increases in supply expense.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Administration, Nursing, Pharmacy, or other Allied Health Profession required; Master's degree highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical operational hospital or healthcare-related experience preferred.
- Leadership experience (CNO, ACNO, Director, etc.) preferred.
- Multi-facility experience (Integrated Delivery Network, IDN) preferred.
- Supply Chain experience from a clinical perspective preferred;
- Advanced computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred.
- LPN/RN, Certified Materials and Resource Professional (CMRP), Certified Value Analysis, Health Professional (CVAHP), or similar credentials preferred.
