Job Summary and Qualifications
- Deliver exceptional customer service and patient care, demonstrating respect, dignity, kindness, and empathy in each encounter.
- Champion HCA Healthcare's mission, vision, and values, complying with policies and procedures, ethical standards, and code of conduct.
- Provide emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients, friends, and families, identifying and monitoring patient care requirements.
- Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses, conditions, and physician orders.
- Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
What You'll Need
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date.
- Registered Nurse licensure and Associate Degree in Nursing.
