Job Summary And Qualifications
We are currently recruiting for a Human Resources Assistant to join our team! As our HR Assistant, you will provide administrative support to ensure effective delivery of HR services. We are seeking a phenomenal addition like you who feels patient care is as meaningful as we do. We want you to apply now!
What you will do in this role:
- You will provide recruitment support and assistance to on-site candidates during the application and interview process.
- You will work with employees, leaders and HR COE staff to ensure effective and efficient HR-employee services.
- You will be responsible for incoming internal and external inquiries
- You will ensure appropriate personnel record management are in compliance.
- You will assist with the pre-employment and new hire process; ensures appropriate
- You will ensure appropriate materials and supplies are maintained within the department.
- High School diploma required; Associate Degree in Business or related field preferred
- One year of HR or Administrative Assistant experience required; Post-secondary education may be substituted for experience
- Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel required
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
